Heather Blair is a 30+-year sales and marketing executive – and for more than a decade has been working primarily in the cinema and esports markets. She brought 4D motion theater experiences to the global cinema exhibition market in 2010. Her technology sales to cinema exhibitors and procurement of top Hollywood tent pole titles with all the major film studios were major achievements in her professional career journey.

She founded and is the President the Global 501C3 nonprofit- Women in Exhibition, which empowers women in the cinema exhibition industry, providing mentoring and networking with their peers.  Heather also founded the Cinema Esports Alliance Corp (CEAC) to open the door of communication between the esports and gaming industries to the cinema exhibition communities. Educational webinars bring top notch speakers to share their insight regarding topics like; community engagement, tournament organization, AV, It and Infrastructure, marketing, sponsorship, league play, publisher relations and so much more.

Heather recently joined LG Electronics as a Sr. Account Manager -Esports and Cinema Venue solutions. In this role Heather continues to evangelize content strategizes in the cinema space with highly anticipated DVLED displays and other LG displays for concession areas, lobbies, hallways and exteriors while supporting esports venues both new and reimagined with LG Ultra Gear Gaming Monitors, Video Walls, LCD and LED displays.
