Jorge boasts a decade of extensive experience within the realm of esports, spanning both professional and collegiate domains. Most recently, he graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he held the esteemed position of Student President for the award-winning collegiate esports organization, Niner Esports. Presently, Jorge holds the esteemed role of Esports Operations Coordinator & Talent Recruiter at Converse University.

Jorge has achieved notable success in various facets of collegiate esports, including leading teams to national championship victories, orchestrating bi-semesterly events that cater to a substantial audience of over 400 students, and securing the approval of a state grant appropriation proposal for UNC Charlotte, totaling $1.5 million to establish an esports center on the university campus. Additionally, he has significantly contributed to the business development of a collegiate esports program and has demonstrated prowess in talent management and recruitment to foster top-tier competitive performance at the varsity level.
